Student Ministry

Pastor Eddie has over 12 years experience serving in youth ministry, from traveling with teens on missions trips across the world to being the student ministry director at a mega church overseeing the middle, high school, and college ministry of the church.

 

As such this flows into all of Fuel Life's DNA giving us a deep burden for the needs of youth today. We understand the struggles of coming of age in a broken world, and the need for guidance and good examples in a young persons life. Life can be tough, but your teen will be tougher, as they grow in their faith and get equipped for the real world!

Fuel Life is an Integrated Discipleship Church. What that means is students 13 and older are part of the main service on Sunday's where they can listen to Pastor Eddie's youth relevant teachings.

 

We believe Biblical accountability, and spiritual maturity starts to really develop at the age of 13. Studies show that it is both affirming and edifying in the long term for young students to study The Bible alongside of a parent or guardian. This is how The First Church did it in The Book of Acts! If it worked for them...its good enough for us!

That's not to say we don't appreciate the need for high school students to have fun, make friends, and fellowship with like minded believers the same age as them. You can check out our info table to get the scoop on times of special events designed just for them to hang out and cut loose!!
